Every year we spend the Easter weekend with James' family up to their property in Duchesne. ( I think I spelled that right :-)Anyway this year was no exception, we went up on Thursday and stayed through Monday. This year was a little different usually by the time Easter rolls around the snow has melted, when we got there on Thursday there was 2-3 feet of snow with 5-6 foot drifts and it wasn't fun snow it was all ice and hard. Anyway we weren't sure if we were going to be able to hold the Easter egg hunt, but it warmed up a bit on Friday and Saturday and we were able to have the hunt we go up with James' sister and her family so we always divide the area up so each kid ( there are 5) has a pretty big area to hunt for their eggs, our Easter bunny just hides plastic eggs with candy in them and a few toys and fun items. This time Cisco had to find camouflage eggs and there was only 4 and they were empty as I had the prizes for them. It took a while, like most of the day, but he was successful and managed to find them all.
Gemma had a lot of fun finding her eggs, once she figured out what she was supposed to do. Their baskets were not hidden, they were just set out on the deck, Jade got "Enchanted", and Gemma got an Eeyore stuffie, she loves Eeyore. She also got a Barney DVD, she loves Barney too.

Sounds like a great time. We had those camo eggs for the boys too. I thought they were so cute. Even though I already had about 80 plastic eggs, I just had to buy the camo and disney princess ones!
