We went down to Torrey to check thing out this weekend.....

Unfortunantly we were'nt able to stay due to the dis-repair of the place but I got a picture of gemma on the porch, now I have a picture of all my kids on that porch when they were two!

Gemma had to have her tonsils and adenoids out on Aug 27, 2009 Here is a cute pic of her in her hospital pj's. Which she hated, they were not cute according to her.

A sad after picture, with her all hooked up to the IV and Apnea monitor, we had to stay overnight because she kept having blue periods with her oxygen. Everything went well though and according to Dr. Park he had not seen such large tonsils in a child so young, her adenoids were equally huge! She had been snoring for a long time, then she started to have sleep apnea so the Dr.s decided to do the surgery, i am happy to report that she no longer snores or has sleep apnea!! YAY!

Home from the hospital, she is showing her "tags", she felt pretty good until the 3rd day then we had about a week of not feeling good and a lot of pain, she did have pain medicine though.

On the last day of summer vacation My friend Peggy and I took the kids to the Dinosaur Museum.

Pretty dress

We went back to school shopping for shoes the other day, and Gemma AKA Sweetie picked out these pretty glitter shoes, it was very cute because when grandma Rory asked her if she liked them Gemma said "They are perfect!" so of course we had to get them. :-)

The dress also has a story, it used to be Jade's and it was in the DI pile... in the basement... in a bag, and Gemma found it, calls it her "pretty dress" and I have had to wash it every night after she goes to sleep for the last 3 weeks, it is the only thing she will wear. The sad thing is it it very embarrassing, it has a hole in the side and a stain on the front that I haven't been able to bleach out, and it is 2 sizes too big. Idid mend the hole. And it isn't worth the grief to try and make her wear something else.

Busy Week

Some of the thing that have been going on around here, we have been pretty busy ...


Cisco got 5 stitches today; WHILE I was at Primary Children's Hospital, he sliced his finger open at work, And Gemma has to have surgery on the 27th....and.... Grandma Hudson broke her arm and had to get a cast on it, tomorrow she is having surgery on her eye, and Jade has a black eye. Grandpa Hudson had the worst back spasm EVER while waiting for little Blaine to come visit....And (yes there is more) Markie has road rash from crashing on the Alpine slide on his Happy Birthday.
