Pumpkins

Pumpkin carving. Cisco and Jade carved their gourds on Tuesday. Obviously we are fans of Jack Skellington.

Jade's pumpkin is an elephant, she found a pumpkin that still had a long curvy stem attached and she thought it would make a good elephant, so I drew out where to cut and she did the gutting and carving, I attached the ears. I think it is very cute.

Backyard "redneck" fun... a John Deere train...hmmmm... Gemma was strapped in very tight and Jade was just following with her quad, notice Roo has popcorn to top off her entertainment. Cisco went very very slow the whole time too.

Jade got to dress up for dance in her Halloween costume last night. She is really being "Sally" from "The Nightmare before Christmas" but since that didn't fit into the requirements for dance, I made her a tutu and with her black leotard and tights and a witch hat...ta da, a very pretty witch indeed.

Owl

Another shot of the Owl, they are one of my favorite animals, I think that they are so pretty, so it was neat to be this close to him.

Boo at the Zoo..

On saturday we decided to go try out the "Boo at the Zoo" all I can say is it was a ZOO!! I don't think we will be doing that again. Jade thought it was fun though. But here is a few pictures of Gemma in her witch tutu she didn't quite fit in the stroller with it on ;-)

I like this picture because it shows how pretty Gemma's hair is, kind of gold.

Jade is dressed as Sally from the Nightmare befor Christmas, and at the zoo there was a great horned owl, how often do you get to be this close to one?

Since Chris was out to Utah we decided to have a family get together, everyone came to my house since my mom's is in a state of construction, or is it destruction...? ha-ha anyway grandma and Grandpa Hudson came out, so did Joey, Cerissa and Charly and Mark. I always like to have everyone out to our house.

Chris and Family came to visit!!

Last week Chris, Jana, Gabbi and Jack came to Utah for a visit. It was so fun to see them as we miss them greatly. The kids were having a great time on the trampoline.

Gabbi just loved to jump and she was having a great time with Jade's dress up dresses.

Jack thought that the Princess jeep was fun, he didn't even mind that it was pink.

Chris is such a cute dad, he was playing with all of the little kids on the tramp.

This is the cute pumpkin Jade carved on my birthday on Monday, while I was getting a pedicure. Which was awesome, now I have been spoiled and I don't know if I can ever paint my own toenails again:-)
